The Course
Course Summary
The swim takes place in the beautiful lake at Grafham Water and consists of a two lap course.
The course is very easy to navigate with a simple triangular loop.
There is an Australian style exit on each lap which adds to the excitement and gives spectators a chance to see you before you start your second lap! 2 x 950m Swim Lap

After exiting the water, there is a short run to the grass transition area. Leaving Grafham Water behind you’ll head out on to a fast, rolling bike course. Due to street-party road closures for the Queen’s Jubilee, the 2022 bike leg will be held on a two-lap 91km course that will give spectators a chance to cheer on the athletes multiple times as they pass Grafham water, adding to the occasion.

On returning to Grafham Water, your run will take you on a two-lap out-and-back course around the edge of the lake passing transition multiple times, with breath-taking views over to Valve Tower. The run will consist of both tarmac and hard compound tracks.
